The Ebenezer Endowment Committee is pleased to invite applications for grants to support ministry and social justice work in the Ebenezer congregation and broader community. Past grants have supported projects which include:

• Equipment to record and distribute sermons to homebound members.
• Activities for the church-sponsored tutoring program.
• Support of core Ebenezer programs through the Enrichment Fund.
• Support Haitian adoption of HIV affected children.
• Support community programs – CARE FOR REAL, Iglesia Lutherana Cristo Rey, Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries, Lawrence Hall Youth Services, Gender Impressions (GLOCY), Heshima Kenya Children Empowerment Project.

The application deadline for new grants is November 15, 2010. If you received a grant last year, please submit a follow-up report before September 30, 2010.

You can support the growth of the Endowment Fund by naming Ebenezer Lutheran Church in your will or as a beneficiary of your insurance policies as well as make gifts of any amount.
