All Chicago residents 12 years old and older may now get vaccinated at home and receive a $25 gift card when you do so. Click HERE to learn more and to make an appointment. 

Individuals who are moderately or severely immunocompromised are now eligible for a third “booster” shot of the Moderna or Pfizer covid vaccine. Talk with your doctor if you are not sure if this includes you. Or click HERE to learn more.

Beginning late September anyone who has been vaccinated with the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines may get their “booster” shot 8 months after their second dose of the vaccine.

Don’t forget, starting Friday, August 20, all people 2 years old and older are required to wear a mask in indoor public settings in Chicago regardless of their vaccination status.
