From the Pastor - November 14

Dear Friends at Ebenezer,

As we continue to dwell in these final weeks of the church's calendar, we are drawn to look ahead to the new beginning of Advent and Christmas. But before that, we live in the tension of Bible texts about the ending of things, not the beginning. Many of us have had our full measure of endings in these months, but in these rich texts are the seeds of hope, the beginnings of beginnings. We gather to water those seeds and nurture one another in dreaming of all things being made new.

Look in the coming weeks for information about modifications to how we celebrate Holy Communion, the return of our 5:00 p.m. Liturgy on Sundays, and the upcoming Advent and Christmas season.
