Pastor’s Update - December 27, 2020
Peace be with you all! A hearty round of thank-yous are in order after an excellent online Christmas liturgy and youth and children's Christmas program! Indeed, the entire Advent season was a rich blessing in unconventional liturgy.
Thank you to John Elmquist, the entire Ebenezer Choir, all our guest musicians, and to Shannon Huneryager for composing an original piece for our kids to participate in.
Thank you to Rick Stuckey, Jes Daniels, Nathan Tolzmann, and all who work behind the scenes to update the website, edit our videos, and ensure timely communications.
Thank you to Norm Dynnason, Jackie and Dave Wood, and all the Welcoming New Neighbors volunteers and donors that helped make Christmas a bright one for 11 newly-arrived families.
Thank you to Pastor Emily Heitzman for an outstanding children's program; and, to Intern Dan Beirne, Marcia Smith, Derek Stienmetz, Jesse Lopez, Patrick Donnelly, and all who have contributed so much to our worship life and pandemic-tide work on our facilities.
Your energy and generosity are gifts of the Spirit. May we all continue to perceive blessing where we can in this new year.
Take good care,
Pastor Michael
