Peace be with you!

It has been a great joy to see so many in worship in these Sundays of the Easter season. Be sure to join in whenever you’re able as April and May offer rich opportunities to worship and learn together. And be sure to mark your calendars for a special service on May 18th at 7:00 p.m. as youth from our youth group lead us in a special Ascension Day liturgy.

Furthermore, in this season of resurrection, I’m happy to announce that our seminary in Hyde Park, Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, has taken the bold step to right-size its campus and sell its building. LSTC will move to a beautiful new campus, occupying the entire 4th floor of neighboring Catholic Theological Union. You can take a virtual tour of the new campus here: https://lstc.edu/our-new-home

Finally, it is exciting to announce that our own Erie Sara will be ordained a dean to ministry in word and service on Sunday, April 30th at 2:00 p.m. at Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Elk Grove Village.
