From the Pastor - July 9

Greetings friends at Ebenezer,

This week in particular, I am grateful for the partnerships in ministry we share as staff and dedicated volunteers. We truly are blessed with such diverse talents and drive to move Ebenezer forward with vision as we continue to emerge from the pandemic.

I give thanks for the many years of partnership we have shared with Holy Trinity Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church, who have worshipped in the auditorium. We send them with our blessing as they move into their first church building. May they have many more blessed years of ministry there. At the same time, I am excited that we will welcome a new church into the space, St. Mary Tigrayan Ethiopian Orthodix Tewahedo Church. Let's look forward to getting to know them!

Finally, this Sunday, July 11, we will bless Intern Dan Beirne as he concludes his time at Ebenezer. Dan has been a gifted partner in ministry and I know the whole staff will miss his energy, wit, and wisdom. Following the Sunday liturgy we will have food and fellowship in the play yard (on the East side of the dining room) to send him on the way to the next chapter God has in store.
