National Stress Awareness Month

April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month to call attention to the negative impact of stress.  A stressor may be a one-time or short-term occurrence.  But continued stress can lead to other problems such as depression, anxiety or burnout.  If you are struggling to cope, or if the symptoms of your stress won’t go away, it may be time to talk to a professional.
